The functional configuration of SAP HR/HCM module using ASAP methodology with emphasis on Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Personnel Development (PD), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM) and Benefits (BN).
Good understanding of all aspects of the Human Resource's business process and translation of business requirements into SAP solutions. Required Skills: ERP - SAP R/3 (HR Module) 4.5B, 4.6B, 4.6C, 4.7, ECC 6.0 SAP Scripts, SMART FORMS, Performance Trace, and User Exits, BAPI's, Adobe Forms, Workflow, ESS & MSS implemented Managers Desktop (MDT) User Authorization Appraisal for subordinates Leave Request Recruitment request Workflow Individual Development Plans Overtime approval. Reports Must have experience in Global implementations and Public Sector Projects. Must have experience in the development of Business Process model, end user training, and documentation.
