Research Manager Job

Job Title: Audit Manager/Field Supervisor: (5 positions)

§  Supervising activities concerned with market research and collection and analysis of information used to help determine the demand for products or services.

§  Planning and formulating aspects of research and development proposals, such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and manpower requirements in consultation with Research Analyst / Manager.

§  Developing standard quality control procedures including manuals.

§  Executing and preparing the final research report including executive recommendation

§  Implementing professional research methods and techniques in all research tasks

§  Traveling to all targeted areas and conducting regular spot-checks

§  Professional collection and analysis of market information from different & accurate sources

§  Establishing well organized research information data base

§  Professional practice on the business information confidentiality

§  Reporting to the Research Analyst / Manager

Job Requirements:

• This position requires a graduate degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Business Administration, and Social Sciences.

§  3+ years interviewing experience and a high level of skill.

§  Should have a complete conceptual understanding of the process, the ability to coach, train, monitor and correct interviewing errors

• Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and be a team player with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must also be task-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and the flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
