Project Manager required to run a new build retail unit approx £50-100m in value. The vacancy is urgent due to an increase in workload. As the No1 you will be responsible to;

Lead and manage the team and their activities to deliver the projects to a standard that either meets or exceeds client expectations within programme plan and budget,whilst also ensuring anticipated margin is achieved.
Ensure processes and procedures are visible, understood and followed both by own personnel and third parties ensuring consistency of approach.
Monitor completion of all necessary site paperwork to ensure standards are being adhered to.
Liaise and manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and delivery. Seek client feedback, understand and resolve problems.
Ensure resources across the team are planned and allocated to deliver both operational delivery and team profitability.
Set and communicate roles and responsibilities to team members. Clarify performance expectations with direct reports. Conduct performance reviews via the company performance management system.
Ensure health and safety programmes, policies and legislation are adhered to on site
