National Sales Manager (Food Industry) – Karachi, Pakistan
The candidate would need to take complete ownership for developing and expanding Sales across the country, through Innovative marketing initiatives:
To plan, direct, and control all sales activities.
Directly report to C.E.O.
Can easily manage and guide 250 people sales force national wise.
Plan and achieve short term & long term corporate objectives.
To develop sales programs to maximize sales volume.
To provide direction through leadership, motivation, clear communications and people development enhancement.
All facets of sales of company products, i.e., devising and implementing sales strategies, forecasting sales, supervising in-house salespeople, relations with independent agents, field and in-house training, advertising, printing of materials, qualifying company agents, employees, and programs in various states
Education / Experience Requirements:
This job profile requires an MBA (Marketing) preferably Business Administration / Sales and Marketing / or a relevant field of study.
Practical experience with 12 - 15 years in sales of FMCGs, Food Industry.
Ability to work smoothly under pressure with good management and organizational skills.
