Internal Auditor Job

On behalf of a Financial Institution in Dubai, Swisslinx Middle East is seeking an experienced ACCA / ACA or CPA qualified senior Internal Auditor for the Group.

As the Internal Auditor of the Group, your role will be instrumental in developing and leading the internal audit strategy for the entire Group.

Reporting directly to the Board and the Managing Director, your role will include:

• Developing and setting-up the internal audit plan for the Group
• Performing audits in accordance with IAS Methodology and the standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
• Identifying risks for all areas of the Group and advising on improvements in order to minimize risks through effective controls
• Ensuring that audit strategy meets the objectives of the business and escalating issues when necessary

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Minimum of 8-10 years post qualification experience, including a Big 4 Audit Firm as well as an International organization
• ACCA / ACA / CPA qualification
• Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
