Instrument Maintenance Supervisors Job

·          To plan schedule and coordinate the preventive & corrective maintenance jobs from technical and resource point of view.

·          To ensure adherence of UNITED/SABIC safety standards, procedures and work-instructions during the execution of various jobs related to plant maintenance & inspection.

·          To ensure the adherence of relevant procedures and work-instructions during the execution of jobs

·          To ensure the quality of jobs – all time.

·          To comply with SAP Preventive maintenance/Corrective maintenance Key performance Indicators.

·          To maintain and monitor equipment history in SAP.

·          To assist area planner in planning of shut-down and break-down activities & resources.

·          To support planner in coordinating with external agencies for maintenance jobs, whenever required.

·          To review and identify the spare parts requirements and initiate the actions to create necessary stock.

·          To carry out technical evaluation of bids and inspection of material.

·          To monitor and analyze data (including cost) and inform the deviations to respective section head. 

·          To assist department in determining the annual maintenance budgets.

·          To assist department in compliance of QMS (ISO 9001:2000) and EMS (ISO 14001:2004).

·          To assist department in identification, monitoring & control of environmental aspect and impacts.
