Job purpose:
· To generate sales leads, follow up and close the sale.
· To deliver an agreed amount of business for the company that is split by targeting potential, revenue and profit on a quarterly basis and measured in arrears.

Qualifications:

·         Preferably a Bachelors Degree in any discipline
·         Additional certificate in sales & marketing field would be advantageous

Job Requirements:
·         3 to 5 years experience within the Interiors / Office Furniture or Facilities related field with a proven track record in a sales environment.
·         Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) & professional correspondence skills
·         Pleasant personality with ability to engage clients and sell our services confidently.
·         Computer literate with good operating skills in MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point.
·         Very good understanding of local market, especially in construction and interiors industry.
·         In depth knowledge of business and company profile, as well as reliable contacts for business generation.
