Processes enrollment requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensures that set production turnaround times are met.
Researches and Resolves issues in an enrollment request given the tools provided by the project.
Ensure that necessary updates in the tool are done accurately and timely.
Process transactions from other teams to support load balancing and other peak period.
Evaluation of applications and other membership materials for completeness.
Identification and coordination of required outbound Member correspondence.
Entry of new member applications into the system.
Updates member profiles in the system to capture inbound member correspondence.
Monitoring queue and responding to member enrollment issues submitted by Customer Service.
Resolves routine questions and problems referring more complex problems to higher levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
College graduate preferably from any of the following courses:
Accounting
Business Management
Communications or other related courses
Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
Average skills in written and spoken English
Willing to undergo training
