Audit Manager Job

Job Purpose
The Audit Manager will be involved in all aspects of effective client servicing such as engagement planning and management coaching and organizing team members  providing technical advice  client relationship management and business development

Key Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for multiple audits as an in charge Auditor briefing and supervising the audit team Directs the identification and evaluation  and oversees the development of the audit plan  Directs the overall performance of audit procedures including identifying and defining issues  developing criteria  reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting processes and procedures for audit purposes Directs the audit staffs/consultants in conducting interviews  reviewing documents  developing and administering surveys  composing summary memos and preparing working papers Directs the audit staff consultants in the identification  development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations Communicates the results of audit and advisory projects via written reports and oral presentations to the appropriate management  Pursues professional development opportunities   including internal and external training and professional association memberships and shares information gained with coworkers Handles multiple engagements at a time 

Skills
Must have worked as an Assistant Manager or Audit Manager for at least 4 years Overall experience should not be less than 8 years Should be currently working in an Audit Firm  Should also have experience in consultancy assignments  Financial Consultancy  Should have expert knowledge regarding IFRS  IAS   ISA Must have experience of working in GCC  A demonstrated ability to effectively deal with major audit clients is critical Ambitious mature and business minded with strong leadership and high ethical standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Arabic speaking will be an advantage

  Education
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting and should have CA   ACCA   CPA or equivalent qualification
