§ Solicit new Account Relationships commensurate with Islamic Banking norms
§ Keep a close liaison with existing clients in the portfolio. Attend to day to day banking requirements of the client and facilitate smooth termination of all the transactions required by the client
§ Making financial spreads of the clients – existing as well as prospective and updating them periodically
§ Achievement of targets allocated with regard to assets, trade volumes, profitability etc.
§ Periodically make call reports on the clients to identify business opportunities vis a vis the Islamic Banking products
§ Providing regular up-dates to the Unit Head/Business Head on the clients as to their financial health and business opportunities
§ Making Credit Proposals/Memos for higher management for approvals
§ Advising Facility Approving Letter to the client for Acceptance
§ Maintaining a liaison with the Islamic Banking Branch Officials for day to day working matters of the clients
§ Keeping contacts with the counterparts in other banks to keep in touch with latest developments/deals in the market
§ Facilitate SBP audits/Internal Audits/External audits in the Branch
§ Completion of documentation formalities of the clients including obtaining clear legal opinion from LAD and facilitating disbursement to the client
§ Rectification of objections raised by various audit teams through co-ordination with the clients
§ Liaisons with various internal departments (RMG, LAD, CRCD etc) for smooth and quick turnaround of transaction
Selection Criteria:
§ Post Graduate i.e. MBA equivalent
§ Knowledge of Islamic Banking products and its applications
§ Credit Appraisal skills; Financial analysis/quantitative skills
§ Awareness of Market and Industry trends; Knowledge of Internal Banking Process
§ Someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills
